Yes, you may bring an additional guest to the program. Please indicate your guest's passport details during the registration process and note that all additional expenses*, including flight, will be borne by you.

*Additional guest expenses include accommodation, meals, incentive trips and transport. Kindly note that your guest will not be able to enter the Atmosphere ‘23 Asia Pacific & Japan event on 11 – 13 September.

All guests will be staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.

Breakfast is included in your accommodation stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.

Lunch and dinner are provided throughout the Dash to the Line Program.

Transport will be provided throughout the planned program.

If you require a visa letter, please indicate it during the registration process. Passports (with at least 6-months validity remaining) are required for all foreign guests.

Flight and accommodation will be arranged and booked for you. Once you have completed the registration form, the organizer will reach out to you on the flight options and confirmation.

Airport car transfer will be arranged from the airport to the hotel on 11 September 2023 and from the hotel to airport on 16 September 2023.

The recommended dress code for the Atmosphere ’23 APJ event is business casual.

Due to the tropical climate in Bali, Indonesia, characterized by high temperatures and high humidity throughout the year. We would recommend wearing casual and light clothing for the leisure activities planned for you.
